Inspection of the roof

The entire roof is inspected for damaged tiles, loose or missing bedding, deteriorated pointing, moss and lichen. This is carried out to ensure we recommend the best possible repairs for your roof.

High pressure clean

The high pressure cleaning is done with 2 4000 PSI water blasters to guarantee the best possible clean for your roof.

Install safety rail

Install safety rail around the perimeter of the roof if necessary, this is installed as fall prevention as per the Edge Protection Law under the Work Place Health & Safety act 1995.

Rebedding & Repointing

Remove ridge tiles and old bedding, install new bedding mixture and reinstall ridge tiles. Repointing is a very important part of a roof restoration, the pointing seals the ridge caps and prevents water penetration.

Change broken tiles

Remove and replace all broken tiles with new or used tiles to match your existing tiles and make any necessary repairs to ensure no future leaks.

Sealer & paint

The roof is coated with an acrylic sealer to ensure strong adhesion with Roof Membrane. A water based high build coating designed for concrete roof tiles, providing ultimate protection and durability.

Initial inspection 

A thorough inspection of the roof to identify any damage and preparation requirements. A quote will then be sent to you.

High pressure clean

The high pressure cleaning is done with 2 4000 PSI water blasters. This ensure the best clean for your roof. We will rinse down any excess mess.

Safety rail

Install safety rail around the perimeter of the roof. This is installed as fall prevention as per current legislation.

Primer & paint

The entire roof area is coated with a metal primer which guarantees strong adhesion with the membrane coat. A water based high build coating will be applied for ultimate protection.
